All drivers are subject to regular medical check ups. Vehicles are tested to above M.O.T. standard, plus our in-house procedure by our operations staff as regards to vehicle cleanliness, which includes the monitoring of drivers hours, extremely long journeys may require a change of driver / car.

All vehicles carry a first aid kit, some drivers are first aid trained. Please inform us if you require a driver with first aid training.

Passenger identities, conversations or
phone calls are as you would expect, strictly confidential.

All drivers have to be sympathetic and discreet, it's the nature of our business.
